Thisdialogallowsyoutotraintheaudiochannelbearing
manually.Thebearingoftheaudiochannelisnormally
controlledwiththeTrainbuttonsontheOperatingPanel.The
bearingoftheverticalslice,whichispresentedbythewhite
audiolineinthehorizontalpicture,mayalsobetrainedbythe
BearingbuttonintheHorizontalmenu.

TheColourThresholdparameterdialogopenswhenyouclickthe
ColourThresholdbuttonintheDisplaymenu.
Thisfunctionisusedtoreducethenumberofechocoloursonthe
display.Thestrengthoftheechoesisindicatedwithascaleof
16or64colours.Aweakechohasacoldcolour(blue),medium
echoeshavewarmercolours(green,yellow)andstrongechoes
areshownwiththewarmestcolours(orange,red).Ifdesired,
thenumberofcoloursmaybereduced.Whenyoudothis,the
sonarwillstartwiththecolourindicatingtheweakestechoes.
Therefore,byreducingcolours,themaximumdetectionrange
willbereduced,becauseallechoeswillnormallyappearasweak
echoesatlongranges.
Theselectedcolourthresholdisreectedinthecolourbarin
theDisplaymenu.
